Ingredients:

Method:
Cut the asparagus into long slices. Put
it in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from water and put
it in cool water for a while. Remove from water and pat dry.
Wash and pay dry the lettuce and brussels sprout.
Remove the vein of the shrimps. Wash and pat dry it. Put it into
boiling water and cook for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Leave it in cool water for
about 30 second. Remove from water and pat dry.
Cut honey dew and peach into cubes. sprinkle some salts on it.
Place the lettuce, brussels sprout in a mixing bowl. Add in shrimp,
honey dew, peach and asparagus. Stir a little to combine all
ingredients. Put the vegetables on the serving plate.
In another small mixing bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable
oil, sesame oil, sesame, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is melt.
Pour the sauce on the vegetables and served.
