Avocado Salad Recipes

Ingredients:

Avocado                 1

Bean curb               ½

Sesame                   1 tablespoon

Japanese Sea weed   1 tablespoon

Thick Soy Sauce       ½ tablespoon

 

Method:

  1. Put the bean curb in boiling water and cook for about 1 minutes. Separate it and leave cool. When it is cool, cut it into cubes. Place it on serving plate.

  2. Peel the avocado, remove the seed. Cut it into cubes. combine with bean curb.

  3. Cut the Japanese sea weed into small slices. 

  4. Pour the thick soy sauce on it. Sprinkle the sesame and Japanese sea weed on the avocado. Now it is ready to be served.
