Cheese Potatoes

 

Ingredients:

 

Potatoes
Low fat cheese slices

Egg yolk
Ham
Parsley
Low fat milk
Black pepper
Salt

Method:

  1. Cut the ham and parsley into small pieces.

  2. Clean potatoes and cut into half. Steam for 3 ~ 4 mins. Use small spoon to scoop out the potato leave the skin intact and set it aside

  3. Mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add in other ingredient except for cheese and mix it well.

  4. Fill the potato skin with mashed potato in step 3. Sprinkle some cheese slices on it.

  5. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake at 200C until the surface turn brownish. It is now ready to be served
