Chicken and Fig on Wholemeal Bread

Ingredients:

Butter                               15g

Wholemeal Bread                 4 slices

Red oak leaf lettuce leaves    8 leaves

Cranberry sauce                  2 teaspoons

Cooked chicken breast         175g

Fresh figs                           2

 

Method:

  1. Butter the bread slices evenly. Spread the cranberry sauce on it.

  2. Cut the chicken breast meat in thin slices.

  3. Place 2 leaves of red oak leaf lettuce on the bread. arrange the chicken bread meat and fig slices on top.
