Corn and Asparagus Meatball Recipes

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast meat, minced  200g

Canned Corn                        50g

Asparagus                           50g

Mushroom                            2

 

Soy sauce            1 teaspoon

White wine            1 teaspoon

Sugar                   1/4 teaspoon

Salt                      1/4 teaspoon

black pepper           1/2 teaspoon

sesame oil              1 teaspoon

Corn starch            1 teaspoon

Egg white               2 tablespoons

 

 

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry the mushroom. cut it into small pieces. same for asparagus.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl expect for corn and asparagus. Stir it well.

  3. Divide the mixture into 16 pieces. Shape it round and put corns and asparagus one it.

  4. Butter a plate for steaming. Place the meatball on it and steam for 15 minutes or until the meatballs is cooked.
