Easy Macaroni Salad Recipes

Ingredients:

Macaroni          200g

Carrot             1/2

Celery              2

Soy Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons

Low Fat Milk      3 tablespoons

Brown Sugar      1 teaspoon

Black pepper      1/4 teaspoon

Salt                  1/4 teaspoon

 

 

Method:

  1. Boil some water in a cooking pot. When the water is boil, put in little bit of salt and add in macaroni. Cook for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and leave it cool.

  2. Wash and peel the carrots. Cut it into small slices. Wash and cut off the base of the celery. Remove the string for celery and cut it into small cubes.

  3. Combine mayonnaise with milk and mix it well. Add in sugar. Stir until the sugar is melted. Add in black pepper.

  4. When the sauce is done, add macaroni into it and stir to combine both. Refrigerator it over night.
