Easy Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Potato,               100g

Canned Corn        100g

Soy Mayonnaise   1 cup

Carrot                 1/4

Raisin                  100g

Egg                     1

Carrot                 1/2

Egg                     1

 

Method:

  1. Wash and cook the potato in boiling water. When it is cooked, peel and mash it. Same for the egg.

  2. Peel and cut the carrots into small cubes. Put in boiling water to cook for about 1 minute. Leave it aside.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir. Mix it well.

  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
