Japanese Salad - Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

Soba  1 1/2 cup

Ham 1

Crab Stick 4pcs

Seaweed 50g

Carrot 30g

Japanese Vinegar 1/3 cup

Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Japanese Soy sauce 2 teaspoon

 

 

Method:

  1. Wash and cut ham, crab stick, seaweed and carrot into slices.

  2. Put these ingredients in boiling water n cook for 10 second. Remove from water.

  3. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. Place it on serving plate. It is now ready to be served.
