Korean Mushroom Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Flammulina Mushroom  1 pack

Egg                          1

Carrot, grated            1 ~ 2 tablespoons

Coriander                   2

Salt

Flour                         2 tablespoons

Vegetable oil              2 tablespoons

            

Method:

  1. Put egg, carrot, coriander and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

  2. Wash and remove the root of flammulina mushroom. Cut the mushroom into 5 ~ 6 cm long. Spread the flour evenly on the mushroom.

  3. In an frying pan, pour in some oil and heat it up. When the oil is hot, pour about 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture from step 1 in the frying pan. Place the mushroom on the egg mixture. Turn to the other side and fry until both side is brownish.
