Mango Avocado Salad Recipes

Ingredients:

Cucumber, sliced

Avocado

Ripe Mango

 

Salad Dressing:

Lemon juice

Kumquat juice

Salt

Cayenne

Grape seed mayonnaise

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

2 tablespoons

 

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients for salad dressing and mix it well.

  2. Peel and cut mango and avocado into cubes. Sprinkle some lemon juice on it to avoid oxidization.

  3. Place the cucumber slice on the bottom of a serving bowl. Put mango and avocado on the cucumber. Pour the salad dressing on it and serve.
