Mango Sushi

Ingredients:

Crab Stick/Crab Meat

Mango

Asparagus

Sushi Rice

Seaweed (sheets)

Soy Sauce                2 teaspoons

Mirin                        3 teaspoons

Onion                       1

Low fat Mayonnaise    2 tablespoons

Sesame

 

Method:

  1. Prepare sushi rice.

  2. Cut onion in small pieces. Mix it with soy sauce and Mirin. Process the mixture with food processor.

  3. Peel off the outer skin at lower part of  asparagus. put it in boiling water for about 5 second and leave it to cool.

  4. Cut mango into small cubes.

  5. Cut seaweed sheet in to 2 pieces. Place the seaweed sheet on a dry surfaces. Place some sushi rice on top of the seaweed sheets and spread some mayonnaise on it.

  6. Place the crab meat, asparagus and mango on the sushi rice and roll it over. Now the sushi is ready to be serve.
