Soak black fungus in water until it is
soft. Cut it into slices. Cut mushroom, carrot and chicken breast meat into
slices.

Combine oyster sauce, sesame oil and soy
source. Leave it aside.

With a little bit of oil, fry carrot,
black fungus, mushroom and chicken breast meat. Add in a little bit
of salt. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Cut bean curd sheet into 6 pieces. Open
up one and spread the source from step 2 on it. Overlap another piece
of bean curd sheet on it.

Place the ingredient from step 3 on the
bean curd sheet. Roll it up. Repeat this step for the other 4 pieces of
bean curd sheet.

Place the spring roll on cooking plate.
Put it in larger wok to steam for about 3 minutes. Make sure the water is
boiling before you place the cooking plate inside. Remove from heat and
let it cool.

After it is cool, apply some honey on the
spring roll.

Prepare a baking pan by apply some oil on
the baking pan. Place the spring roll in baking pan.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for about 15 ~
20 minutes until the surface of the spring is golden and brownish.

Remove it from oven and let it cool. Cut
into 3 pieces each. Place it on serving plate. It is now ready to be
served.
