Method:

Combine olive oil, dill leaves, chervil
and all seafood in a baking pan. Add in pepper and salt.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the
seafood for about 10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine pomelo, tomato
and sour cream. Place the mixture in a serving plate.

Put lettuce on the tomato salad. Put the
seafood on the lettuce.

Combine all sauce ingredient and mix it
well.

Pour the sauce on salad and serve.
