Seafood Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Shrimps 

Fish Fillet

Squid, cut in slices

Lettuce

Dill leave, grated

Chervil, grated

Tomato, cut into cubes

Pomelo

Sour Cream

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

 

Sauce

Garlic, grated

Saffron Extract

Parsley

Lemon Juice

Method:

  1. Combine olive oil, dill leaves, chervil and all seafood in a baking pan. Add in pepper and salt.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the seafood for about 10 minutes.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pomelo, tomato and sour cream. Place the mixture in a serving plate.

  4. Put lettuce on the tomato salad. Put the seafood on the lettuce.

  5. Combine all sauce ingredient and mix it well.

  6. Pour the sauce on salad and serve.
