Seaweed Fish Roll

Ingredients:

Fish fillet  150g

Apple  1/2 pc

Prune 10pcs

Seaweed 20 pcs

 

Sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper

Salt

 

Method:

  1. Cut the fish fillet into 20 slices. Marinate the fish fillet with sesame oil, salt and black pepper for about 15 minutes.

  2. Put the fish in a steamer and steam for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Leave it cool and pat dry

  3. Put the fish, apple, prune on the seaweed. Roll it over. Insert a toothpick to hold it in place.
