Seaweed Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

Seaweed    50g

Mushroom   50g

Ginger         2 slices

Green onion  2

To fu          200g

Salt

Water         400ml

 

Method:

  1. Wash and pat dry to fu and seaweed. Slices the mushroom.

  2. Pour some oil in a cooking pan and put it over medium heat. When the oil is hot, put the to fu in. Turn it to second side. When is it brownish, pour water, seaweed and ginger.

  3. Cook until the soup is boiling and then turn to low heat. Cook for another 15 minutes. Add in mushroom slices. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes.

  4. Add in salt and ready to be served.
