Ingredients:
Beef
300g
Potato

Tomato

Ginger, sliced 3
Water

Salt
Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon
Water
3 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Water
3 tablespoon
Corn starch
1 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon
Method:
Wash and pat dry to the beef and cut into
thin slices. Combine baking soda and 2 tablespons of water. Add in
beef slices to the mixture. Leave it aside for about 3 hours.
After 3 hours, drain the water, and wash
the beef slices. Combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, water, corn
starch and vegetable oil in a bowl as marinate sauce. Add beef slice
into it and marinate for 30 minutes.
Wash and cut the tomato into cubes.
Put the potato in boiling water and cook for 1 minute. Remove the skin
of the potato and leave it cool. When it is cool, cut it into cubes.
In a frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil and put it over medium
heat. when the oil is hot, add in ginger, potato and tomato. Sauté for
a while and pour in the water. Stir a bit and heat it until the potato
is cooked. Add in beef slices. When the beef slices is cooked, add in
salt. It is now ready to be served.
