Tomato Spinach Baked Egg

 

Ingredients:

Eggs
Tomato
Spinach
Sausage
Cheese slices
Salt

Method:

  1. Wash spinach with water. Put it in boiling water and cook for about 1 min. Cut it into small pieces.

  2. Wash tomato and put in boiling water for a while. Remove the skin and seed of the tomato. Cut tomato into small pieces

  3. Put sausage into boiling water and cook for a while. Separate it and cut it into small pieces.

  4. Put eggs into a bowl and beat. Add in little bit of salt. Add in the spinach, tomato, cheese and ham. Mix it well.

  5. Pour the mixture into small baking cup.

  6. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 15 minutes.
