Vegetable Spring Roll Recipe

Ingredient:

Cucumber, sliced in lengthwise

Asparagus

Lettuce

Carrot, sliced in lengthwise

White radish, sliced in lengthwise

Purple cabbage, sliced

Yellow pickled radish, sliced in lengthwise

Tuna, Canned

Grape seed mayonnaise

Pumpkin seeds/Sunflower seeds

Spring rolls wrapper

 

Method:

  1. Combine Tuna with grape seed mayonnaise.

  2. Spread the spring roll wrap on a clean surface. Place lettuce on the warp. Spread the tuna on the lettuce and then placed cucumber, carrot, white radish, purple cabbage, pumpkin seeds on the wrap.

  3. Roll the wrapper to over the ingredients and serve.
