Put kojac pasta in boiling water and cook for about 1 min. remove pasta
and put in ice water to cool it down.
Cut cucumber into slices. Add little bit of salt and stir the cucumber.
Drain the excessive water from it. Add in kajac pasta and mix it.
Cut tomato into slices.
Combine all ingredients for source in a bowl. Mix it well.
Place tomato slice in serving bowl. Place pasta on it. Pour some source
in step 6 and mix it with pasta.
Tips: To have better taste of this pasta salad, you can mix the pasta
with source and leave it aside for 30mins. Then serve with tomato
slice.

Kojac pasta is very low calories and high fiber. The water-soluble
fiber contained in kojac can help to absorb the fat and cholesterol
that consumed.
