Vietnamese Pho Salad (Pasta Salad)

Ingredients:

Pho                     200g

Bean sprout          50g

Carrot, sliced        50g

Cucumber, sliced   50g

Basil, grated         10g

Cherry tomato       50g

Prawn sauce         1 tablespoon

Peanut                 1 tablespoon

Vietnamese pasta sauce

 

Method:

  1. Wash bean sprout and put it into boiling water. Cook for about 3 minutes. Separate it and put in cold water. Leave it aside.

  2. Put the pho in boiling water and cook for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Separate it and put in cold water. Leave it aside.

  3. Grate the peanut.

  4. Place the pho in serving bowl. Place all the vegetables on it. Sprinkle some peanut on the vegetables and pour some Vietnamese pasta sauce on it.
