Yogurt Apple Salad Recipes

Ingredients:

Apple                1

Kiwi fruit           ½

Strawberry         2

Fresh Cordyceps 60g

Yogurt               3 tablespoons

 

Method:Yogurt Apple Salad

  1. Put cordyceps in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. separate it from boiling water and put in cold water and leave it cool for 15 minutes. separate the cordyceps from the water and pat dry.

  2. Remove the core of the apple and scope out the content. Cut it into small cubes.

  3. Peel kiwi fruits and cut into small cubes. Cut the strawberry into small slices.

  4. Combine kiwi, strawberry, apple, cordyceps and yogurt. Mix it well. Put the salad into the apple and serve.
