Black Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Butter                          2 tablespoons

Onion, shredded             3 tablespoons

Garlic, shredded             1 tablespoon

Black pepper, grounded   3 tablespoons

Low fat cream               1 tablespoons

water                           1 1/2 cup

Salt

Water                           1 ~ 2 tablespoons

Flour

Whisky                          1 tablespoon

 

Method:

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons of water with flour. Mix it well.

  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic, onion and black pepper. Stir for about 2 minutes or until the garlic is golden brown.

  3. Add in salt, mixture from step 1, water and cream. Bring it to a boil. Add in whisky.
