Put lemon in hot water for about 15
minutes. Scrub the wax on the surface.
Peel the lemon. Grate the lemon peel.
Combine lemon peel, sugar and water in a
cooking pan. Juice only 1 of the lemon. Add the lemon juice into the
mixture. Cook in on low heat.
Put the egg yolks and egg white in a
mixing bowl and beat to combine both.
Add the eggs into the mixture at step 3
gradually. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cook for about 10 minutes,
the sauce is concentrated. Remove from heat and leave it cool.
