Garlic Sauce (Bordelaise Sauce)

 

Ingredients:

 

Olive oil

Sea Salt
Black pepper (freshly ground)
Garlic (chopped)
Parsley (chopped)
Dry red wine

 

 

6 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1/4 cup

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Put olive oil in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add in salt and pepper and simmer for about 4 minutes.

  2. Add in garlic and parsley.

  3. Lastly, add in wine and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
