Method:
Peel the tomato and quarter it. Remove the seed and cut into small pieces.
Put the grape seed oil in frying pan over
medium heat. add in onions, salt and cayenne. Stir frequently for about 4
~ 5 minutes. Add in tomatoes, parsley and garlic and stir until the
tomatoes are soft.
add in port wine and simmer for 1 hour. Add in broth and simmer. Stir
frequently for 6 ~ 7 minutes.
