Simple Sesame Miso Dressing

Ingredients:

White sesame powder  2 tablespoons

White sesame             1 teaspoon

Miso                          2 teaspoons

Mirin                          1 1/2 tablespoons

Soy Sauce                  1 tablespoon

Mayonnaise                 2 tablespoons

White Vinegar              2 teaspoons

 

 

Method:

  1. Put the sesame in a skillet over medium heat. Stir until the sesame is brownish. Put it in food processor and process it.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make sure all the ingredient is mix well.
