Tomato Garlic Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Onion               1/4

Garlic shredded  1/2 tablespoon

Olive Oil            2 tablespoons

Canned tomato   1 tablespoon

Bay leaf            1

White wine        2 tablespoons

White pepper

 

 

Method:

  1. Cut the onion into small pieces.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add in onion and garlic. Stir for 1 minute or  until the garlic is golden brown.

  3. Add in canned tomato, bay leaf, wine and white pepper. bring it to a boil. It is done.
