Ingredients:
Sugar
Water
Garlic
White Vinegar
Thai Fish Sauce
1 ½ tablespoons
2 tablespoons

3 tablespoons
Method:
Peel and wash the garlic. Grate it.
Combine sugar and water in a mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is melted
add in vinegar, fish sauce and garlic. Mix it well.
