Ingredients:
Egg yolk

Sugar
20g
Salad oil
2 tablespoons
Low fat milk
1 tablespoon
Banana, mashed 150g
Low protein flour 70g
Egg white

Method:

Put the egg yolk and 20g of sugar in a mixing bowl. beat it until it is
foamy. Add in salad oil and milk. Stir to combine.

Add in mashed banana. Sift to add in flour and stir.

In another mixing bowl, beat the egg white until it is foamy. Add in 1
tablespoon of sugar. Beat it until the sugar is melt. Add sugar again.
Repeat until add in all sugar and the mixture is fluffy.

Pour half of the egg white into the flour mixture and stir to combine.
Add in the other half when it is combined. Pour the mixture in a baking
pan.

Preheat the oven to 320°F. Put in the baking pan and bake for 40
minutes.

When it is done, remove from oven. Unmold and over turn it.
