Eggs Raw Sugar Cream of tartar Cheddar cheese Low Fat Milk Low Fat Cream Unbleached Flour

Method:
Place milk, cheddar cheese and cream into a boiler and double boil until the cheese is melted.
Combine egg white, cream of tartar in a big bowl. Mix until it is foamy.
Gradually add in sugar. Beat at high speed until soft peak form.
Add egg yolk into mixture in step 1. Mix well.
Add half of egg white into mixture in step 4. Stir gently. After it is combined, add the other half.
Preheat oven to 300°F. Bake in water bath for 50 minutes.
