Ingredient (A) Low Fat Milk Low Fat Cream Cheese Low Fat Cream Ingredient (B) Unbleached Flour Ingredient (C) Egg yolk Ingredient (D) Egg White Raw Sugar Salt Cream of Tartar

Method:
Place ingredient (A) in a boiler. Double boil it until cream cheese is completely melted. Remove it from heat.
Add ingredient (B) into mixture in step 1. Stir until smooth.
Add ingredient (C) into mixture in step 2. Stir until smooth.
Place egg white in mixer. Beat until foamy. Gradually add in sugar, salt and cream of tartar. Beat until stiff and glossy.
Divide egg white into 3 portions. Add 1st portion into mixture in step 3. Stir gently. Gradually add in 2nd and 3rd portions.
Pour the mixture into cake pan.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 35 ~ 40 minutes.
