Wash the orange. Peel the orange
and juice it. Grate the orange peel. Combine low protein flour, baking
soda.
Combine the cream, egg and sugar in a
mixing bowl. Add in flour and baking soda gradually into the mixture.
Add the grated orange peel, orange juice and orange extract into the
mixture.
Add chocolate chips into the mixture.
Leave it aside.
Preheat the oven at 360°F.
Pour the mixture in step 3 into baking
cups. Sprinkle some chocolate chips and grated orange peel on it. Bake
for 15 minutes.
