In a large mixing bowl, combine all
ingredients (A). The water must be in room temperature. Mix until there is no lump in the mixture. Cover the dough with wet paper towel. Leave it aside for about
1.5 hours for it to raise. Refrigerated if for 8 hours.

Remove from refrigerator. Leave it in room temperature for 4.5 hours.

Combine ingredient (B) with the dough we have prepared except the
vanila extract. Add in 6g of the vanilla extract. Keep kneading for 20
minutes.

Leave the aside for 1.5 hours.

With the Vanilla extract, punch down the dough. fold in left and right
into rectangular shape. Cover with wet towel and let it raise for 30
minutes. Repeat this step another time.

COver the dough with wet towel and let it raise for 2.5 hours.

Preheat the over at 480°F. Bake for 40 minutes. Spray some water during
baking.
