Easy Green Tea Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Pancake Mix           200g

Green Tea Powder   1 1/2 teaspoon

Raw Sugar             50g

Canned red beans   100g

Eggs                     2

Milk                      100cc

Butter                   50g

 

Method:

  1. Spread some oil in baking plate. Sprinkle some flour on it. The baking plate used here is 3.5 X 7 X 3 inch.

  2. Combine green tea powder and pancake mix in a mixing bowl. Sift it and then add in sugar.  Add eggs and milk to the mixture. Mix it well.

  3. Double boiled the butter to melt it.

  4. Add the butter into mixture in step 1. Add in the canned red bean. Stir to mix it.

  5. Pour the mixture into the baking plate.

  6. Preheat the oven to 360°F. Bake for 30 ~ 40 minutes.
