Ingredients:

Unbleached flour
Baking powder
Salt
Sugar
Eggs
Low Fat Milk
Corn Oil
Vanilla Extract
Chocolate chips/raisin |

Method:

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and add
milk, vanilla extract and corn oil gradually.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour,
baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a hole and pour in the egg mixture
slowly. Stir until there is no lump in the mixture.

Add in chocolate chips and mix it well.
Pour the mixture into muffin cups for baking.

Preheat the oven at 300F. Bake for 30
minutes.
