Famous Amos Cookie (Homemade Recipe)

Ingredients:

 

Low protein flour   400g

Butter                 250g

Raw Sugar           120g

Sugar                  60g

Eggs                   2

Almond                50g

Cashew Nuts        50g

Chocolate, grated  50g

Chocolate chips    50g

Baking soda         1/2 teaspoon

Salt                    1/2 teaspoon

Vanilla extract      1 teaspoon

 

Method:

  1. Leave the butter in room temperature to soften it. When it is soft, put it inside mixer, add in salt, sugar and raw sugar. Beat until it is fluffy.

  2. In a separate mixing bowl, put in the eggs and beat it. Divide into 2 portion and combine eggs into the butter mixture. add in gradually. beat until the mixture it totally combined.

  3. add in vanilla extract and beat until it mixed well.

  4. Sift the flour and baking soda. add the flour into the butter mixture. Mix it well.

  5. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate, cashew nuts and almond into the dough.

  6. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

  7. Divide the dough to small portion which is about a tablespoon. Place it on a baking pan and press it down a bit.

  8. Bake for about 12 minutes.
