Ingredients:

 

All purpose flour/whole wheat Flour

High protein flour

Raw Sugar

Yeast

Pumpkin seed

Sunflower seed

Black sesame

Salt

Mashed Potato

Low fat milk

Grape seed oil/butter

Water

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredient in a mixing bowl except for grape seed oil. Mix it well. Add in grape seed oil and keep kneading until the the dough is smooth.

  2. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with welt towel. Let it rise until it is doubled of the original size.

  3. Punch down the dough and roll out to pound out the bubbles. Place it in loaf pan. Leave it aside to rise again until the surface is smooth again.

  4. While waiting, preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake for 45 minutes or until the surface is golden.
