Healthy Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Soya Cheese Mayonnaise

Focacia bread

Eggplant

Broccoli

Tomato

Mushroom

Chicken breast meat. minced.

Method:

  1. Cut eggplant, broccoli, tomato and mushroom into pieces.

  2. Spread the vegetables and chicken meat on focaccia bread.

  3. Pour some soy cheese mayonnaise over the pizza.

  4. Preheat the oven to 380°F.

  5. Bake the pizza for 8 minutes at 380°F or 15 minutes at 360°F.
