Healthy Tortilla Recipe

Tortilla Ingredients:

 

Sea salt
Water
Whole wheat flour
Baking powder
Coconut oil

1 tea spoon
150ml
250g
¾ teaspoon
40ml

 

Method:

  1. Mix flour, sea salt, oil until crumbly.

  2. Add in water and mix until it can be dough into a ball. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

  3. Cover the dough with plastic cover and set aside for around 30 mins.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 portions.

  5. Roll the dough out into about 8 inch circle.

  6. Pan-fried the dough with medium heat for about 5 – 8 mins.

 

Filling for Mexican Tortilla Ingredients:

Soya Cheese Source
Tomato source
Cabbage, sliced
Broccoli
Mushroom, , sliced
Eggplant, , sliced
Carrot, , sliced
Purple cabbage, , sliced
Sprout
 Vegetable Oil
Chicken breast meat

Method:

  1. Cut broccoli into small pieces. Cut the chicken breast meat into slices.

  2. Fry the vegetables and chicken breast meat with a little bit of oil.

  3. Spread tomato source on Tortilla. Place the fried vegetables on tortilla.

  4. Pour some Soya cheese source and roll it. Now it is ready to serve.
