Eggs Raw Sugar Low Fat Cream cheese Butter Yogurt Unbleached Flour Corn Starch
3 pcs 50g 90g 30g 50g 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon
Method:
Combine egg white and sugar in a big bowl. Mix until it is foamy.
Gradually add in sugar. Beat at high speed until soft peak form.
Place milk, cream cheese and butter into separate bowl. Beat until it is light and fluffy.
Add egg yolk into mixture in step 3 gradually. Add in yogurt, flour and con starch into the mixture in sequence.
Add half of egg white into mixture in step 4. Stir gently. After it is combined, add the other half.
Preheat oven to 300°F. Bake in water bath for 40 minutes.
