Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake

 

Ingredients:

Low Fat Cream Cheese
Low Fat Cream
Milk

Ingredient (B)
Unbleached flour
Corn Starch

Ingredient (C)
Eggs

Ingredient (D)
Cream of Tartar
Raw Sugar
Salt

Method

1. Remove the cream cheese from refrigerator and leave it in room temperature.
2. Place ingredient A in boiler. Double boil it until the cream cheese is fully melted. Remove it from heat.
3. Add ingredient B into mixture in step 2. Then add in ingredient (C).
4. Place ingredient D in a big bowl and mix until the stiff. Add this into the mixture in step 3.
5. Pour the mixture in cake pan.
6. Preheat the oven to 320°F. Place the cake pan in a roasting pan and place it at the lower rack of oven.
7. Pour some warm water in roasting pan. Bake for 40~55 minutes.
