Meat Floss & Ham Cake

Ingredients:

Ingredient (A)
Meat Floss
Ham
Spring onion
Chicken Essence Powder

Ingredient (B)
Low Fat Milk
Corn Oil
Unbleached Flour
Corn starch
Milk powder
Baking powder
Raw Sugar
Egg yolk

Ingredient (C)
Egg white
Raw Sugar
Vinegar

Method:

  1. Combine ingredient (B) in a big bowl.

  2. Sift flour, corn starch, milk powder, baking powder into the mixture in step 1. Mix until smooth.

  3. Add egg yolk into the mixture and stir.

  4. Place egg white into mixer and beat until foamy. Add in vinegar. Add in sugar and salt gradually. Beat until it is stiff.

  5. Divide egg white into 3 portions. Add 1st portion into mixture in step 3. Stir gently. Gradually add in 2nd and 3rd portions.

  6. Pour the mixture into cake pan.

  7. Place ingredient (A) on the mixture.

  8. Preheat oven to 320°F. Bake for 35 minutes.
