Ingredients:

Water, room temperature
Yeast
Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
All purpose Flour/Whole Wheat Flour |

Method:

In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast,
salt, oil and water. The water must be in room temperature. Slowly add
in flour. Mix until there is no lump in the mixture. The dough is quite
loose. Cover the dough with wet paper towel. Leave it aside for about 2 ~ 5 hours for it to raise.

After the dough raise, divide the dough
into the smaller portion. You can bake it now or keep the dough in
refrigerator for around 2 weeks. Let it raise for 40 minutes if fresh,
1 hour more if refrigerated.

Preheat the oven at 350°F. Bake for 15
minutes.
Tips: Use water about 80 ~ 100°F in the
mixture. Do not use water warmer than 100°F.
