Method:
Place the egg in mixer. Beat until foamy and gradually add in sugar. Beat until it is stiff and glossy.
Add in strawberry extract.
Gradually add in flour. Stir gently.
Pour the mixture in cake pan.
Preheat oven to 430°F. Bake for 20 minutes.
