Mix flour, sea salt, oil until crumbly.
Add in water and mix until it can be dough into a ball. Keep kneading
for about 10 minutes. Leave the dough aside for 15 minutes.
Punch down the dough. Fold the dough from
left to right and from up to down. Leave it for 15 minutes. Repeat this
step for 3 times.
Divide the dough into 4 portions. Roll it
out. Leave aside for 30 minutes.
