Almond Tofu Jelly

 

Ingredients:

Gelatin powder
Water
Brown Sugar
Milk
Water
Low fat Cream
Almond oil


Syrup
Brown Sugar
Water
Amaretto wine

Method:

  1. Soak the gelatin with 2 table spoon of water for about 5 mins. Double boil to melt the gelatin.

  2. In another boiler, add in sugar, water, milk and cream. Boil and stir the mixture. After the sugar is melted, before the mixture is boiling, remove from heat.

  3. Add in gelatin and mix well. Add in almond oil

  4. Pour the mixture in to pan/container. Leave it inside refrigerator for 1 hr.

Syrup

  1. Add the sugar and water into boiler. Boil and stir the mixture until it is boiled and the sugar is melted. Leave it to cool. Add in the amaretto wine when it is cool.

  2. Serve the Tofu in a bowl and pour some syrup over it.
