Coconut Marshmallow Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Egg white           100g

Sugar                 150g

Light corn syrup   175g

Water                 80g

Gelatin                15g

Coconut, shredded

 

 

Method:

  1. Combine gelatin with 30g of water. Stir it to melt the gelatin.

  2. Put the egg white into the mixer. Beat it until it is fluffy.

  3. Combine corn syrup, sugar and 50g of water in cooking pot. Boil it and stir until the sugar is melt. Add in gelatin mixture. When it is boiled, remove from heat.

  4. Combine the gelatin mixture with egg mixture. Continue to beat until it is smooth.

  5. Butter a container. Pour the mixture into the container and refrigerate it for about half an hour.

  6. When it is cool, take it out from refrigerator. Cut it into cubes or slices. Sprinkle some shredded coconut on it. Now is it ready to be served.
