Ingredients:
Sugar 1/2 cup
Egg 2
Egg yolk 2
Low fat milk 480ml
Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Method:
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Put 1/2 cup sugar in a cooking pan and cook over medium heat. Stir until
the sugar is melt. Pour it on a baking plate.
Pour milk, instant coffee, cinnamon powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a
cooking pan. Cook over low heat and stir until the sugar is melt but do
not boil it.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs with egg yolks.
Pour the egg into the mixture in step 3 and stir. Make sure it is combine.
Remove from heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the baking plate in step 1.
Pour some water in a roasting pan. Place the baking plate in the roasting
pan. Bake for 40 ~ 50 minutes. Leave it cool.
To unmold, run a knife around the baking plate and over turn it on a
serving plate. Refrigerate it overnight before serving.
