Grand Marnier Orange Jelly

 

Ingredients:

Gelatin powder
Orange juice
Brown Sugar
Lemon juice
Grand Marnier liquor

 

7.5g
400ml
2 table spoon
1 teaspoon
2 teaspoon

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Add the orange juice and sugar into boiler. Stir the mixture until it is boiled and the sugar are completely melted. Remove from heat. Add in the gelatin.

  2. Stir the mixture until the gelatin is melted. filter the mixture

  3. Add in lemon juice and Grand Marnier.

  4. Pour the mixture in to pan/container. Leave it inside refrigerator for 1 hr to set.

Grand Marnier can also be replaced by Cointreau, Orange or Curacao.
