Grape Yogurt Jelly Recipe

Ingredients:

 

Yogurt Jelly

Gelatin 7g

Water 2 1/2 tablespoons

Sugar  40g

Milk  300ml

Original yogurt 60g

Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

 

Grape Jelly

Gelatin 6g

Water 2 tablespoons

Sugar 25g

Grape juice 250ml

Cherry wine (Brandywine)  2 teaspoons

 

Method:

 

Yogurt Jelly:

  1. Soak the gelatin with water for about 5 mins. Double boil to melt the gelatin.

  2. In an other boiler, pour in milk and sugar. Cook with low heat. Stir until the sugar is completely melted. Before the mixture is boiled, turn off the heat.

  3. Pour the gelatin into the mixture in step 2 and stir to combine.

  4. Put the yogurt in another mixing bowl. Pour the gelatin mixture into it and stir again. Add in lemon juice.

  5. Pour the mixture into serving cup up to about 2/3 full. Refrigerate for about 40 minutes.

Grape Jelly

  1. Soak the gelatin with water for about 5 mins. Double boil to melt the gelatin.

  2. Pour grape juice and sugar into another boiler and cook with low heat. Stir until the sugar is melt and turn off the heat.

  3. Combine grape juice and gelatin mixture. Add in cherry wine.

  4. Remove the yogurt jelly from refrigerator. Pour the grape jelly mixture on it. Refrigerate it again for about 40 minutes.

  5. It is now ready to be served.
